Dear finder,
Take care of this important message. It tells about days of darkness and glory in Middle-Earth, it tells a story that has never been heard before. My story…
I planned to stay here for a day, but, as the beauty of this land took over me, I decided that here I will abide as long as the Elven Council will allow. Initially I thought my mission here is to help the Fellowship of the Ring in their quest. I did that. But now I believe that are more things here for me… More life.
What helped me go along was the love for Legolas Greenleaf, to whom my heart will belong forever. He saved my life when the poison of the orcs’ arrows should have killed me. But he also helped me to find myself.
The basic story wasn’t forgotten. “The Lord of the Rings” tells it right, but it misses one of its main characters: me… It’s not fair that J.R.R.Tolkien left me aside, only because I’m a girl, and let only men take credit. But I won’t complain, since here I found my destiny and… my happiness.
I can’t return and I wouldn’t even if I could, but I send you this “Hidden History of Middle-Earth”. I think that the world has the right to know the real story of the Fellowship. I hope it will inspire more girls to be brave… and romantic.
My name is Elentir Greenleaf.
I am the tenth member of the Fellowship of the Ring.
